It all started as my own personal safehouse mod, untill it gave me some cool idea that I'm giving the Creation Kit full frontal assault.

Still has a heck of a lot work to do, but I got base mod build and working principle of it.

I've never seen this kind of safehouse mod for Fallout 4 and this will be my biggest take on for it.

On picture it may seem like nothing much but I can guarantee you. When I publish this mod it will make you smile :)

All I can say for now, I wouldn't even start without borrowing scripts from FadingSignal's Basement Living Mod. So thank you, FadingSignal in front on giving me this idea I'm currently working on.
