The building will be at the Edge of the Glowing Sea under a bridge
I wanted to try to make the building look like The rusty pick from Fallout 76 (I know it's not too similar haha)

The interior has an orange light ambiance

The seller is named Barry and he will sell all 3 types of boxes

In the basement there is a small room with a workbench (no resources but just the workbench)

Normally all the companions can teleport to this interior
