Thanks to everyone to gave suggestions yesterday. Still looking for a better hairstyle and working with the chin and jaw area, and I can't seem to get the eyebrows any higher without making the browbone protrude a ton. Open to further suggestions!

    It looks like in the image you are working from her eyebrows are slightly raised, not relaxed so your positioning is probably fine.
    If you use ScreenArcher Menu you could always raise her eyebrows there and take a screenshot, then compare for likeness.
    The other option would be to lower her eyes a fraction but that of course would mean tweaking the rest of her features in order to regain proportion.
    Looking good though, well done :)

    Definitely a big improvement. Except now she looks like she hasn't slept in days lol.
