I'm excited to share with you a teaser image from upcoming mod Weathers and Wonders. The mod has been in development for 10 months and has a number of features including a new unique cloud system which is represented here. I love Falllout 4's polygonal art style, it's a great framework for modifying, but the Vanilla weathers can often create a noisy lighting environment when using sensitive screen-space effects through ReShade as I often do. Specifically MartyMcFly/Pascal Gilcher's Screen-Space RTGI shader. Perhaps due to the vanilla bloom, the Sky almost always ends up over-present in screen space effects due to the high-contrast look of Fallout 4's Vanilla weathers.
From the looks of this you've chosen a pretty neutrally colored, generally clear, detailed, exceptionally medium-contrast look here, and I am entirely for it. :)
Looks amazing! Any chance for an Alpha release? ;)
Edit: Not my place to decide, but wouldn't "Climates of the Commonwealth" be a more intuitive name given your well established legacy with COT?
Fellow mod author Isoku assisted with some scripting help early on and had previously released a great mod for Skyrim called The Wonders of Weather, so Weathers and Wonders is a play on that mod title. Initially, WaW was just meant to be a placeholder but in the end it just stuck.
I am very eager to enjoy this when you release it. Don't rush it, as beauty needs to sometimes 'cook' to achieve that perfect taste.
