Can someone help me?
I have a massive load order and installed a mod a while back which adds more animations to NPCs during dialogue scenes.
But the more I see it the more I HATE it. Especially this one specific animation where the NPC randomly pulls a note out of his arse and reads it.
Totally random and destroys immersion.
I want to remove it but for the life of me I can't find it anywhere, lol. I've scanned my entire load order THREE TIMES and I don't know which mod adds this.
Does anyone recognize it?
Thanks!

Some of the vanilla idles can be cantankeous. I'm sure you tried playidle stop, but you made need to reset idle or wait until the npc is done doing whatever else it is that they think they're doing -- some flavor, for example. Idle reset should provide a temporary fix, but...
Since you installed the idle with a mod, I suspect, you will have to remove it from the list of idles in the mod. You'll probably find it under meshes/animations. Yeah, I would have to say that one is not a very good sandbox/random animation to have popping up. There is also an option in the CK to add sandbox idles to factions and npcs. I rather doubt that that was done here, however.
Yeah, I know it's in there somewhere but I have almost 1k mods installed /cry
Edit: It could also be from the Diamond City Blues quest, a vanilla quest.
I know for a fact that I have a mod installed that adjusts NPC animations during dialogue, and it uses this one specifically. I installed it several months back and saw the change immediately.
But the more I see it the more it drives me nuts. It destroys immersion now, because there is never any reason for the NPC I'm talking with to just randomly start reading a sheet of paper that materialized out of thin air :/
I want to know what animation that is from (the animation where the NPC holds a piece of paper while in dialogue)
