As South of the Sea - Atoms Storm adds a few locations to the swamps around Quincy, Murkwater and Gunners Plaza, will this mod and that one conflict?

Wanaming0 has their name listed as an author for Atoms Storm, it will probably work just fine.

I checked specifically with that mod, the location is reaaaaally close to Quagmire, but nothing conflicts either game-wise or lore-wise.
(The Braintree Mental Rehabilitation Center is the hospital symbol next to Quagmire in this pic)

Alright, good to know. Thanks for checking the location for compatibility issues. The only other mods I know of that add locations around that specific area are Minuteman Watchtowers and Recruitable Settlers, but the places they add should be far enough away from Braintree to not cause issues.

    2 questions.
    1. Will we be seeing any ranged weapons?
    2. Soon? Please tell me release is soon! I really wanna play this.

      1. Most likely not, there are throwable versions of spears and knives that are extremely WIP and their animations might not happen (they work like "guns", so they have custom animations, you can use VATS,etc).
      2. I hope so! But who knows

If you can make animations for throwing weapons work in first person at the expense of third person looking a little janky, I would say go ahead with it. Too many promising throwing weapons have died in the development stage because people get too caught up on third person translation.

Well done, I am ridiculously excited for this!

"A little janky" is really an understatement here since it literally looks like you're holding a 10mm pistol made out of a cosmic knife in 3rd person right now, haha

Just took a look at the wiki and noticed some cybernetic implants, are we going to have an implant system similar to FNV or it's just those 3?

Only the lobotomites have implants, you can only take them out to scrap them for valuable components or put them in jars. They were also added so any mod that wants to use them in an implant system can do so(while requiring Attack Of The Lobotomites, obviously).

Oh you can display them?! That's awesome! I saw the video showcasing the new animations for the Proton hatchet, they're amazing! Old World Blues is my favorite DLC from FNV, there's also that awesome "A Taste of Blues" mod which actually brought back my attention to FO4, I'm planning a new playthrough to enjoy the latest mods! Awesome work!
