CC = Cration Club files
With the basic installation of Fallout 4 + all DLC's these 26 cc files are installed with. By the date they recognize that it is a fresh new installation on a new PC.
Until now I thought it was additional content that would be unlocked at some point in the game, for example to give the Pip-Boy at the workbench a new look. But to this day, nothing has changed about the workbench on the Pip-Boy.
Then I did some googling and found out what these cc files are. CC stands for Creation Club, where you can get new mods for more money.
So for me, the 26 files shown in the picture in the basic installation are just file corpses that I can't use at all unless I buy the necessary *.esp or *.esl, if I understand correctly.
If I delete these 26 items and restart Steam in online mode, these files (537 MB) will automatically be transferred back to my PC since they are part of the base installation to keep my Fallout 4 up to date, correct?
In the installtion package I found no help description regarding these cc files and how the user should handle them. ☺

When I buy a package, I want to be able to fully use its content and not find additional but incomplete content for which you have to pay again if you want to use it.
Imagine you buy a safe for real and in the safe you find an additional, small locked compartment, but you don't have a key for it. And when you call the seller, he charges you an extra fee for the key if you want to use the locker.
In real life, such a business model would not work, but online it probably does.
