So, i've done the Echo Lake quest, yet Malcolm never showed up there, i did tried to clear before i take the quest from small Bertha and resulting crash to the game.

I moved on and wanders around like what i usually did then i went to the Irish Pride Shipyard, i found this dude floating nearby the ship

    Some dead raiders use the same face data as Malcolm, like the dead sanctuary raider.
