Ok so one of my favorite mods right now is "Glowing Items" By: bwins95

This mod allows you to select TONS of items, either separately or grouped, and make them all GLOW whatever color you want them to glow. You can make them all glow different colors based on what type of item they are or based on whatever you personally want them to be.

I also found out that the perfect shader to use with this mod is the Cinematic Excellence ENB By: Archalyus

This is just a quick pick I snapped of the Duct Tape that I selected to glow a Cyan/Teal color. Tons of items in my game look like this, and every single one of them is amazing. And he is making more glow every day!
