This is the enclave P.A.M.U. Pack. Which ks short for Power Assisted Mobility and Utility Pack

The pack was developed by the Enclave to be worn with the Mk2 Recon Armor. It powers servos to assist with movement while wearing the heavy armor

It also features systems like a water recycler, storage packs, and a radio repeater to assist with survival, storage, and communication while on extended missions away from base
