testing some effects.
the melee weapons that use more ammo can still attack when the ammo is 1 but less than the ammo used per attack... made that a feature, bethesda style.
making more interesting Wild Wild Wasteland melee gear with new legendary effects

if there is a sfw and nsfw version this overhaul will be BIG!!!
also, it wouldnt be a huge amount of work but i dont think i could be bothered making sfw, very tedious to adapt vanilla outfits to fit the slots i customised.
