So this is the second pistol I was referring to from my last WIP screenshot. The Minebea P9. A derivative to the P220 chambered in 9mm used to in Japan. In-game, the P220 is a slow firing, high damage pistol, the Minebea (Or in-game, the Defense Force Pistol) is a fast firing, modestly damaged pistol. It’s nimbleness rivaling the deliverer! Here it is fully tricked out. I wanted to keep the gun looking “grounded” despite being tricked out with a laser and such so I used a generic Laser and slapped mud on it. i also nabbed the rail that Nova Used on his pistols.
The pistol itself has a unique gimmick as you can turn it into 3 other pistols! The Pistole 75 and the…P220 and P220 Elite. 8Asiandude made those skins all onto the same model. My initial idea for the mod was creating a Minebea P9 but leaving out the P220 skins would be a complete waste despite having the .45 P220. So if you guys can do me a favor, consider those 2 skins “Non-Canon.” I like the imagine the Minebea was an updated P220 that would later be used as the P226 from Sig Sauer themselves in the Fallout Universe. Given fallout has had some Japanese flavor sprinkled onto it, I figured it would be a nice gun to have.
it’s is also the first time experimenting with texture editing so I slapped dirt and grunge onto the models here for the first time. I’ve gotten a little better since.
