My take on maybe an Eversor Assassin from Warhammer 40k.
Mods used is VTAC advanced combat armor. The head part is my kitbash work using the VTAC submersible helmet, elite riot mask from the NCR Ranger mod, and the Ghost Jawbones face mask.
