This structure came out of my recent experimentation with the Wasteland Workshop concrete building materials. It is based on a 3x4 elevated concrete flooring platform with three stories and an accessible rooftop. With standard straight wall designs I find concrete structures look terrible, but when you incorporate the concrete slanted walls you get fantastic results relatively easily. For the full finish you must remember to slot concrete walls beneath your first level walls so as to sheath the concrete floor platforms. 

It is a shame I will likely betray the Brotherhood on this character. Those missile turrets on top will come in handy when I do :P
