Walk into the Dugout Inn/bar and see the machine, think Why not and clicked it. Yay got a pie with 8 luck and on the first try! Watch it deliver the pie and cannot collect it without stealing. Seriously Bethesda? You are going to do that? I have a foot in need of making contact with your nuts. One wouldn't expect a vending machine to have what is collected as being owned.. Maybe in the next game have it cost a cap to use it and bring back the old machines for Nuka Cola and have them cost a cap or 20 and not be considered stealing in any owned location. Anywho end of that rant and disappointment from the all good character I just started,
