"No, I just went out for a little stroll, thought I'd stop back and say hi." Hannah replied in a sarcastic manner.

Virgil simply glared in annoyance. Upon at last finding his laboratory hidden deep within the Glowing Sea, Hannah had met the runaway scientist known as Virgil. His appearance was surprising at best but after an explanation revealed he wasn't always like this. And so in return for his help Hannah promised to find this "serum" left within his laboratory before he escaped from the Institute. But there was a catch, she had to kill a Courser.

Coursers were the hitmen for a lack of better term, of the Institute and the bane of the Railroad. Tasked with hunting down rogue synths as they were Hannah was all the more glad at this point to catch and kill one of these creatures. Little did she realize just how hard it was, even more difficult finding someone to decrypt the code the chip held. Yet it was done with the Railroad's help and here she now was back in front of the hulking man to determine the next course of action.

"You'll need to build this relay."

Virgil handed her some schematics, badly scrawled out on a sheet of paper. Hannah furrowed her brow attempting to make any sense of it.

"Can you? I mean, can you build it?" Virgil asked. The look of utter confusion on her face must have said it all. "You have people that can help? This is a lot for one person, even you."

Hannah turned the schematics one way, then the other holding it upside down. "Have I given you reason to doubt me?" She was full of shit and she knew it, there was no way she could build this by herself even if she did understand it.

"No, but you realize how critical this is? For the both of us? And don't you forget our agreement. I've helped you as best I can. If you make it in there, you find that serum."

"I've got it covered."

Virgil sighed. "I'm going to be stuck like this forever. Just make sure you find someone to help you build that device. Both our fates are resting on it."
