About this image
So I decided to play Fallout 4 again yesterday and after all the Updates and the new DLC I thought it was the best if I started an new character. I did, but when I arrived in Concord and saved Preston's butt, he started at me with... Well, pretty creepy eyes.
He never looked like this before, and since I do not have any mods which change his appearance, this shouldn't be the source. Is there anyone with a similar problem or does anybody know how to revert his face back to normal?
I never liked Preston that much, but I just can't look at him anymore. These eyes are just... Nagh.

I had the same bug with severals npcs and followers.
Do you have the mod "NPC Level Scalling" installed ?

If yes, you should install the last version of this mod, The mod's author has corrected the bug.
