After putting a trashcan on Piper's head she started to sandbox around the area so I followed. She turns the corner and then I hear a bunch of clanking and banging noise a few seconds after. Turns out she decided to sit on a broken toilet with the trashcan on her head. I snapped this before she pulled the trashcan off.
