Spent some time learning how to use the CK today, built a scaffold leading to the overpass above Finch Farm, and navmeshed them both so that settlers can use them.

    If you're intending to release this as a mod, I'd recommend adding in one of the lifts that the Gunners often have at their overpass bases. Even if you can't get settlers to use it themselves, people will not want to have to run up and down those stairs every time they need to get somewhere
