So after a long time of being sick and doing basically nothing I've finally returned to creating the Bay of Sins! In this stream I've concentrated on making one of the more important NPCs in the mod - "Katarina Volkachyev". She's the owner of the brothel and one of the "gateway" NPCs in the mod, she'll be one of two NPCs the player will interact with upon first arriving in the Bay. She will give the player quests that will introduce the city and the other major NPCs.
