From what I've seen her eyes do not glow in the dark, but subley when the light is low ( like in the afternoon or early morning) They are the "illusive man" replacer for steel eyes. These eyes are from the Game "Mass Effect" 2 and 3. I have not looked at night yet to see if they glow but I will let you know soon. You can download these eyes here on the nexus, just search for "eyes" and look for Illusive man replacer.
