Very nice. Always wish this place could have been a settlement so its great to know you are using your talents to give it a good seeing to. Curious as to the state of the pharmacy will it be 'part of' the settlement or not? Given in vanilla it always felt tacked on, would be nice to see it more included. Regardless of how it goes can not wait to see what you end up doing to the place, and what ultimately ends up happening with the university building.
its going to have a clinic ....with plenty of goods inside...
Problem is the big building that contains the bank doors etc . cause its all tilted 3 degrees and building in there will be a challenge for people not using a placing mod. Im thinking of making it level but its going to be really hard and the 2 bank doors will retain their original angle if one has been there before.
Any how..im still busy creating the various buildings that will be taking the place of the old wrecked ones..
Ah, good was just trying to give a heads up if you somehow missed that, It basically is Vault 88 same cell as far as I can tell so can already be built in outside the apparently wasted second floor.
How might I be able to combine some (ok, quite a few) of your gorgeous locations into one package? Do I use the same merge widget I used to combine, say, my choice of Fortaleza armor pieces? I'm thinking (I know, I know, but. ..) that you must do an ass load of cell editing, and it is possible that a lot of your work is a bit beyond the blueprint mod by cdante. Thank you for your time in answering. .
Most of my mods have A LOT of data,door/elevator scripts etc.,some have precombined data and A LOT of pieces placed.
The merge files a) will become gigantic b) probably have a crapload of issues c) will limit you so that you cant try another location mod of a similar location without killing your saved games since the merge will have to be deactivated and locations depending on that esp will be lost from your save if you want to try out a different version by someone else of a specific location . This will also cause several issues to the saved game prior to the new mod youre trying ( baked data of the previous mod) .Thus having to go back to a save before the combined esp so you can get the new mod to work.
My mods are far too complicated to merge since ALL of them highly modifiedlocations from buildings to the terrain itself and all youre going to gain is alot of headaches.
MODS1984 made some of his mods into a pack several months ago and STILL has unsolved issues from small glitches to CDTs and he doesnt even do half of what i do to a location and doesnt touch the terrain either.
Any how its...your game and your choice...but dont say i didnt warn you.

spoiler
It's an entrance to 88 just mentioning that in case that fact isn't known.
Either way the location is walled in and that building is out of the location border.

.
WAY too many variables in a location mod...
