Is that a option to delay it's activation until AFTER the quest "The First Steps"?? AWESOME!! My biggest issue with WOTC was the fact you could come straight out of the vault and run straight into a pack of molerats, or ghouls, or supermutants before your eyes even finished adjusting!!

  Sure is. Plan to put more quest options for good measure. The mod won't show this note until 30 seconds after you leave the vault either
