Made some party hat retextures. At first I was just going to drop them in a bag, but then I thought they would look better in a shop.
To do:
-Add a merchant.
-Edit enchantments.
-Make a 'party' magazine which adds charisma points.
-Add a little quest (maybe). Seems very complicated.
