My latest exploit is at Croup Manor. Using "Rebuilt Croup Manor" as a basis , I have scrapped everything around it and laid a level ground of Institute Turf Foundation and Brick Paved which snapped nicely to the manor. Future plans are possibly a pool and lots of trees and foliage.
