Way late at answering this but it looks like he downloaded a mod from an outside source then tweaked parts of the outfit in outfit studio. I think the actual poncho is from a Call of Juarez mod. I was working on a poncho mod myself, but cant get the program to work correctly so the file is all corrupted. If I ever figure it out I'll upload my poncho mod and include different patterns to it.
This is a two years late. It's from a Call of Juarez mod which you can only get from an outside source, not on Nexus. He tweaked parts of the outfit in Outfit Studio. I was attempting my own poncho mod but can't get it to work correctly but if I ever do, I'll upload it with different patterns and colors.
