I'm hoping sometime this weekend if all gets done. Been furiously finishing the final touches and still need to check a few last things in-game to feel confident its all working correct. If I don't feel it can be released this weekend I'll leave an update in this page somewhere to specify a more exact release time.

Sounds great, hope it works out well. If it still needs tweaks then no worries. Sometimes great things require time. Hope you keep up the great work!
On a side note, I was also wondering if this mod is coming on xbone as well?

I'm not sure yet about xbox version. This being my first release and all I'll need to focus on making sure it works well on pc first. There is also the issue of compatibility/file size. Even when I don't include the bonus files for it the size is pretty big and I hear xbox users have a cap on their mod limit size.

hmm, it depends on the size. The cap size limit is 2gigs and I've seen modders port a gun over 600mb in its initial release but then find ways to compress size when they update it

This is just a fictional variant based off of the physical design of the ACR from the game Modern Warfare 2. So no real life counterparts are included.

      Well, a little pity,

But still look forward to this mod on line.

Besides the custom idle's will this include a custom reload? If not will you be using shiny hax's m4 reload resource?

Custom reload as well as all the other animations were scratch made by me. So whether the player is in 1st or 3rd person they will see a custom reload. I don't claim my animations are the best thing ever but they are unique to my gun and work seamlessly at the very least.

One more quick question. Is it possible that you could include damage modifiers?

Without giving too much away those are included among many other 'features' / attachments not revealed in the screenshots above.

Out of curiosity, did you do the 3rd person animations yourself or did you use other resources?

Regardless though, its great to see you implement 3rd person animations into your mod. Looking forward to seeing the animations in action soon!

Entire weapon including 1st and 3rd person animations were scratch built by myself. I unfortunately do not have a team helping me out for the various aspects of making a weapon mod so had to do it all on my own. This obviously means like 5x the amount of work/testing and I have to learn over the course of months how to do everything. However, the satisfaction of seeing my own reload animations and other animations running in-game is a great feeling. I'm no professional at animation, I just made what was fun and went from there.

Congratulations on all the hard work. Not a-lot people tend to do extensive mod projects like this alone.

I don't want to be a pain in the ass but, I would love to see more weapons from you! This looks incredible, I've been debating if I want to go back to the Mojave because of the weapon mods but it needs so much work...

I definitely plan to make more weapons. I have lots of ideas for fictional designs lined up. I first need to get this one our the door and hopefully have more time to make other weapons.

      Thanks =)

It has really been a long endeavor to finish this mod. I know how to do 3d modeling/texturing but learning how to format all my files and make the actual mod with the CK took a long time. I probably did more than what was needed for a first time mod but I had a goal and was pretty determined to see it through.

I have no expectations if others like the mod but I hope the quality will show once its released at least.
