In my current playthrough I have been trying to use Snappy House Kit and after a couple of false starts I have extended Croup Manor with a couple of extra floors and a decent sized garage. My settlers live a life of total luxury with 3 bathrooms, a bar and a gymnasium. The tower on the roof started out as just access to the roof but now also houses the water supply.
