Create DEF_CM menu to disable collisions and increase player speed to make building possible from air.

This is a menu used in conjunction with DEF_CM - Console menu framework oryginally created by Neanka and allowing you to simulate "Flying Build Camera".
It's purpose is to make building easier by allowing to place objects not only from ground but also from air.
It's made by disabling collisions and increasing player (cam) speed.
Remember to be near ground when disabling to avoid fall damage :)
To activate, press console key (default: ~)
