No more waiting to unlock attributes. Your player's base stats will now be ALL TEN STARS. Use this at any character level anytime anywhere. My character is at level 50 and I was tired of not being able to choose the perks I wanted based on being locked by base stats level. Well not anymore!
To install: Extract to your MAIN Directory and NOT the Data folder.
To use: Open console with ~tilde key and type: bat max *You only need to do this once. Save your game and your stats will be saved*
