DO NOT use any mod managers to download this file. It will NOT work. You are basically installing a readme file of instructions that reminds you how this works. You can skip the download process by simply using "Print Screen" and pasting/saving the screenshot image in paint or something instead. Alternatively, you can select all the text that you want on this page by hand and copy/paste into your favorite notepad or even bookmark this page for reference,
it doesn't really matter either way.

How it works:
Simply open the console (~tilde key above tab, next to 1) then click on the object you want and type: SPAWNDUPE and press enter. That's it! Now close the console. And the object will be placed poorly on a tilted axis. Not to worry though because we can fix it's position with a few commands. Now if you are doing this while in workshop build mode you will be able to move the object but for some reason it's rotation will be locked. Let's say you copied a floor segment (I am currently working on repairing the Homeplate floor in Diamond City). Now open console again and click on a neighboring tile piece and type these commands to get it's coordinance (X,Y,Z) where as X= left and right, Y is forward back, and Z is up and down.getpos x

And finally type "get angle z". This one tells us which way to spin the object along it's z axis or "flat plane axis'.
Now with the console still open click back to your copied piece and edit those positions to match the other floor tile using these commands:
setpos x
setpos y
setpos z
setangle z
Also if your copied object is still set at a strange angle then simply type:
setangle x 0
setangle y 0
If you want to edit any of these values just type a number after each of the commands. For instance if the object's origin is set at a Z position of 660 but it is still hovering above the ground level plane then lower it's value until it touches the ground.
IMPORTANT!!
Remember the original origin coordinance in case you lose your object. Just type those back in and it will be set back to it's first copied position. Also make sure you are editing the correct object. Always click the one you want to edit first before making changes while in the console. Pay special attention to negative values. For instance, if you have an object at X position -68665.14; if you make changes to it you need to make sure you edit the value with the minus symbol or else you will surely lose the item to somewhere far far away in the game world! But no worries, if you make a mistake just re-input a new value!
