Restores two terminals that were supposed to be in Sanctuary Hills.

Hidden away in the game files are two post-war terminals that were supposed to be in houses in sanctuary. I've restored two of them and placed them in appropriate locations. I also expanded Rosa's entries using other data on pre-war Sanctuary Hills. None of the spelling mistakes are mine. There's also content/logical mistakes but I left them intact so players can see what might have been.
The only changes I made were two references to other terminal entries in the area. All the other content is original, albeit cut content. There's some really interesting backstory to both the player and player's spouse as well as two inhabitants of Pre-war Sanctuary Hills.
