Re-textures the vault 111 suit with a more modern color scheme.

Updates the textures for the vault 111 suit with a modernized black and white look. Does not alter other vault suits. Apparently I don't understand the Fallout file system like I thought I did, it turns out this does override the textures for other vaultsuits as well as the 111 suit. I'll fix this as soon as I...figure out how...I'm new at this.
Includes clean and dirty variants for both male and female player models.
