Adds a perk made specifically for Mysterious Stranger to one shot enemies!

This bat file will add a perk to your character that was originally made for Mysterious Stranger only. The way he one shots enemies in vats is due to this perk, not the weapon like in New Vegas.
To activate the perk, type in console, "bat dmg" and if you no longer want the perk type, "bat nodmg".
When activated, Guns will do around 2000 damage, however, some enemies will not be one-shotted (Depending on Difficulty!)
