just a small mod i made to stop companion comments in croup manor.

it annoyed me that piper kept saying things like "its wandering through places like this that...." while sitting in my settlement
so i have attempted to mitigate this by doing the simplest thing i could think of... moving the trigger for the comment. right now it's in a pre testing phase. it doesn't appear to stop ambient comments nick and codsworth make but i will endeavor to find those triggers in time.
