About this mod
A simple Deliverer copy renamed, tweaked and relocated in the Sanctuary root cellar.

Disclaimer: This is my first attempt at any kind of modding.

I tried to balance it with the idea of it being a base level gun below the Deliverer in overall power but still unique.
1) Removed the Legendary effect.
2) Lowered Damage 20%.
3) Reduced caliber from 10mm to .38".
4) Reduced AP cost 20%.
5) Increased ammo capacity from 12 to 18
6) Increased Crit Damage to 3x
7) Increased ROF

V1 - Used theicedevil's suggestion on the name Walther PPK.
Reduced RoF slightly (new screenshot for comparison)
V2 - Reduced capacity from 18 to 13
