Introduction:
This is a simple patch i made, it includes :
- NCR Ranger Veteran Helmet
- NCR Ranger Veteran Coat
- NCR Ranger Veteran Mask
- Anti-Material Rifle

NCR Armors can be craftable in armorsmith workbench under armor mfd.
NCR Anti-Material Rifle can be craftable in weaponsmith workbench under ballistic weapons mfd.
