This is a tiny mod that removes the horrendous lip shine/lip gloss which I've primarily seen in mods like Better Settlers/Beautiful Female Settlers/Etc that use lip gloss and matte extras on their npc's.
All the file contains is a replacement for MaskGloss_d.DDS in \Textures\Actors\Character\Character Assets\FaceDetails that is all black on all 4 channels (RGBA), saved in DXT5 format (this took me way too long to figure out, honestly...)
Should be compatible with every mod that doesn't alter the same texture, which as far as I'm aware is currently zero.
