I feel like Action Boy/Action Girl perk level 3 doesn't do enough. It is usefull but their is nothing to give it that extra pzazz to make it worth 3 perk points to get. That is where this comes in, this is my first ESP only mod(and first mod that won't be removed for copyright:P). It will allow the Action Boy/Action Girl perk level 3 to add 50 action points to your character as well as the default 70% faster ap regen. 

Keep in mind the Action Boy/Action Girl perk level 3 is Far Harbor DLC content 

Creating this is a big deal to me as it is my first mod I put any effort into, it took me about an hour and a half to figure it out then do it.  This mod is very simple when you know how to do it but I didn't so that is why I am so happy about this. So if you really feel the need to hate on me, pls don't :)
