Valentine's New Trench Coat
Adds a new outfit to the Commonwealth that Nick wears instead of his usual raggedy trench coat. This mod equips Nick with a "Clean Trench Coat" and adds a footlocker with a copy for the player under Nick's bed at the Valentine Detective Agency. The vanilla "Faded Trench Coat" is not replaced, the new outfit is standalone. As of right now there's no female version, equipping the item on a female character will just show the vanilla coat. I made this mod more for Nick than for the player character's use, but if it seems like people want a female version I'll make one.
UPDATE:
Added optional version that doesn't replace Nick's coat. Player copy still found in the Valentine Detective Agency.
