A large island in the middle of the ocean

Inspired by "http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15034/?" and armed with basic knowledge of the CK i set out to make my own island. problem was, i wanted it to be in the open ocean... so i made a whole new worldspace for it! :D. the mod is currently in VERY early stages as of now, as in i haven't even finished the base island yet :P
i will try and keep updating this when i have major progress to share. in the meantime you are free to download AND MODIFY my work to your liking. and please, don't hesitate to upload your own variants of this place. the more the community contributes the better :)
chair & toolbox NOT included! (i put them there for debugging reasons)
Current features: water, rocks, MORE rocks, "grass" (actually its concrete retextured as grass but shh, don't tell :P). did i mention rocks? it has a lot of rocks :D
