Making power armor power supplies great again!

Fallout lore has always stated the power supplies in power armor suits can last for over a couple of centuries. Bethesda introduced a power core system designed so players aren't constantly in power armor... despite the fact there are several compelling game play and roleplaying reasons not to constantly be in it.
I feel the fusion cores could have been better handled if they were treated like keys instead of batteries, limiting access to how many suits you can realistically use. I've made a few changes to support this concept.

- Fusion cores inside power armor no longer deplete when running, jumping, falling or doing anything else.

- The Gatling Laser now uses micro fusion cells instead of fusion cores for ammunition.

- Fusion cores now cost 10,000 caps and have 12 weight in survival mode, to dissuade hording them when you see traders have some in stock.

- The fusion core ejected by the player with Nuclear Physicist 3 now does double the damage to justify the 10,000 cap price tag.

- Instead of modifying the rate of drain to the core, the Nuclear Physicist perk now allows you to sprint for longer periods in power armor as you unlock the full potential of the power supply. The maximum benefit is a 45% sprint time increase and stacks with Moving Target 3.

This mod will obviously be incompatible with anything that modifies the fusion core drain game settings, the Gatling Laser, fusion cores or the Nuclear Physicist perk.
