So basically this mod adds a drug to the game named memes.
It exists just so you can get a meme addiction, for comedic effect.
The drug itself gives +10 CHR and -10 INT and the addiction gives -5 CHR
This mod is heavily inspired from "Memes are my drug" for fallout NV.
LOCATION:
Under the sign at the Red Rocket settlement near Sanctuary, in a little red toolbox.
Feel free to do what you like with this mod, just give credit where you can.
Also if someone can be bothered, stick this on bethesda net and if you can give me credit. I don't know (or care) to use bethesda net, so plop it on there if you like.
