A trivial mod that simply allows you to sleep inside Vault 111

This is a trivial mod, which is primarily designed to be used with the excellent Vault 111 Fully Functional Settlement mod. Or any mod that allows you to turn anything into a settlement. Such as Create a Settlement Anywhere. Or Survival mode junkies, who want another sleep option. It's survival, so the more places to sleep, the better.
It does one thing: allows you to sleep in Vault 111. Because in the context of the game, the first quest is designed to force you out of the vault. Which is fine and all...until you make it your secret underground lair. Sleeping becomes kind of important at that point.
The mod is tiny, it only modifies the "Can't Wait" setting in the cell for the Vault111 Cryo interior. The thanks for this goes to PoliteRaider who mentioned how to do this in the forums.
As I did not see a mod anywhere that made this change, and as the 111 Settlement mod didn't have this, I just made a simple mod to solve the problem. You're free to upload this to Bethesda.virus...so long as you acknowledge the people who brought it to you.
Shouldn't conflict with anything, requires no DLC. Just download and go.
