An ENB preset designed to have a similar effect to the Tranquillity Lane area in Fallout 3. Not for gameplay, but rather for aesthetic.

Hi folks! I spent a while playing around with a few more ENB settings and managed to create a new aesthetic. This preset will give your game the atmosphere of Tranquillity Lane (From Fallout 3). It's not meant for gameplay, it's more intended as a base aesthetic for sharpshooters and the like. If you have a pre-war style environment you would like to capture, you may consider this ENB!
Disclaimer
This ENB is NOT just black and white before you say. No, I did not just turn down the saturation a bit. Colour has been handled carefully here, and only the brightest of shades will show up, but as much more washed out versions of themselves. The preset does have DoF, and yes, you can disable it in the menu with the click of a button. I hope that answers your questions.
Instillation
-Install the latest ENB binaries by Boris Voronstov
-Install my preset
-Drag and drop ALL my files into your main game directory. Overwrite if prompted.
-Enjoy!
