Adds a variant of the harness with a t shirt under the straps.

There is some slight clipping with leather armor, it is minor and after fiddling with it I am not happy with it so the clipping will remain, works fine with all other armor.
It can be crafted at a chem lab under "utility"
--NOW HAS A REPLACER VERSION--
There is now a version that replaces the harness and gunner harness.
