A rare glitch that occurs when starting the Nuclear Option quest in which Elder Maxson does not initiate the conversation to give the Player the pulse device and complete the quest stage. This patch autocompletes the conversation trigger and bypasses the dialog all together, giving the player the pulse device and advancing the quest.
