Load into the mod manager of your choice and activate. a Fomod installer will appear letting you choose what to install.
Manual
Open the item folder of you choice and copy the material and texture folder to fallout 4/Data
Uninstallation

Deactivate in the mod manager of your choice.

Delete the .bgsm and _g.dds files you installed.
