Save right out of the vault no quest done. This save strart you at lvl 45 and is meant for second or more playtrough. Sanctuary City is the most realistic a city made there can be. hope you like it! note: 1.1 New trees! (used: Settlement Supplies Expanded)

DESCRIPTION:
This save will put you right in front of Sanctuary City without ANY quest done and at lvl 45.
Note: the lvl45 part is a mistake on my part if anyone knows how to lvl yourself down, let me know!
UPDATE:

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
Place the save file where your others are located, (Default is My Documents/My Games/Fallout4/Saves), or (C:\Users\*YOURNAME*\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Saves)
Note: This folder may not exist if you have not done a first time startup of the game.
