This mod aims to add a little to the lore surrounding Richter and his Enclave origins. I stumbled upon some information regarding a vertibird crash site populated with loot just outside of some invisible barriers in the middle of the southeast ocean. The power armor is leveled, not just T-51 like in the video. This mod is PRE ALPHA, there are many changes yet to be made: Holotapes describing the search team's fate, quest markers etc.
